Wharf House Airbnb (On The Mon & Brec Canal)

As per new guidelines our nightly rate includes all Airbnb fees so there are no hidden extras when booking. Wharf House is situated on the Mon & Brec Canal, overlooked by The Blorenge in the stunning Brecon Beacons. It is an ideal location to relax or we have footpath & cycling networks on our doorstep and an array of places to explore nearby. A 40 min walk away is the well loved market town of Abergavenny, affectionately known as the Gateway to Wales, which offers an array of independent shops The space You will be staying in the extension of Wharf House. It has its own patio door entrance, a kitchenette/dining/lounge area (all downstairs), with an upstairs bedroom & shower room. The downstairs oak flooring & staircase can be slippy in stocking feet so we advise our guests to bring slippers to wear. The kitchenette has a fridge with a small freezer, a 5.7 litre Air Fryer, a combination oven/grill microwave, kettle, toaster & sink/drainer. The lounge has a double sofa bed so the property can sleep 4. PLEASE NOTE that the access to the shower room is through the upstairs bedroom and there is no door separating upstairs from downstais (open plan). Upstairs there is a double bed, tall boy dresser & open wardrobe. A sliding patio door leads out onto a patio area with table and chairs. ALSO PLEASE NOTE if only two guests stay but they require the use of both beds there will be an extra charge of £10 to cover the cleaning costs of the sofa bed bedding. This is payable on arrival and we do need to know if you require this bedding prior to your stay please. Thank you Guest access Guests are welcome to use our garden/patio areas as they wish but occasionally we may also be entertaining our family or friends outside We have a locked cubby hole attached to the Airbnb, in which we can store 2 guests bikes if required (you would have a key for access to this). Could you please let us know before your stay so that we can make sure it is cleared sufficiently for you 😉. Thank you Other things to note In the Airbnb you will find a small welcome pack of tea, coffee, sugar, small milk, small loaf, biscuits, butter & jam. If you have any dietary requirements please message us a couple of days before your stay & we will alter your welcome pack to suit. We do have a Level 2 EV Charger on the property that guests can request to use. Charges apply, please ask for rough cost when booking as electricity rates are altering constantly.
