No Alcohol and drugs- Please drink responsibly and never in common areas. Drugs are not allowed. Pets are not allowed- The only pets you will see (or hear) are those who have been in the building for many years and are properly registered. A grandfather clause protects them, but no pets beside those are allowed. Towels- Please do not take white towels out of the apartment. We have provided beach or pool towels for you to take outside, just remember to bring them back with you. Trash bags must be disposed in the garbage bins, conveniently located in the service area of each floor. Feel free to ask for directions, Puerto Ricans are very hospitable and will help you.
