The space ** Please be advised that the pool will remain closed until mid-November due to a faulty pool gate. This decision has been made by the strata committee with the safety of all residents and guests in mind. In the meantime, we encourage you to enjoy the beautiful natural surroundings, including the nearby beach, ocean pool, and lake. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause, but the wellbeing of our guests is always our top priority. Additionally, please note that rectification works to a lower-floor unit's balcony, along with internal renovations, will commence on Tuesday, 14 October. These works are expected to take approximately five weeks, with increased noise likely during the initial two-week period. With a fully-equipped bathroom and laundry, this unit offers the ultimate convenience. Guests of Ebbtide 13 have access to a secure car space and the complex's in-ground pool. Forster Main Beach is direct across the road and patrolled in summer which is perfect for swimming with the kids! * Please note, level access is only to/from the ground floor. Access to the building and lift from the car park is via stairs. ** Electric vehicles: E-scooters and E-Bikes are not permitted in any of our properties.
