This decision has been made by the strata committee with the safety of all residents and guests in mind. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause, but the wellbeing of our guests is always our top priority. Additionally, please note that rectification works to a lower-floor unit's balcony, along with internal renovations, will commence on Tuesday, 14 October. These works are expected to take approximately five weeks, with increased noise likely during the initial two-week period.
