You’ll pass through my living room floor (2nd floor, or 1st floor in European terms) via the staircase to reach your own private floor—but you won’t need to share anything with others. As shown in the photos, you’ll have a spacious private bathroom, a kitchenette (for very simple cooking), and a balcony overlooking the neighborhood. Fresh sheets, blankets, pillowcases, and towels are prepared for every new guest. House rules: no smoking indoors, no pets, and please remove shoes in the hallway. In addition to subway and bus access, there’s also a Citi Bike station right downstairs. *The bed has been upgraded to a queen size, comfortably fitting two guests. *A 43" HDTV with Netflix is set up in front of the bed. *Blackout curtain blinds are installed on every window. *The toilet seat has been upgraded to a TOTO smart bidet. Other things to note *Please Do Not fry food, because the ventilation is not good enough and the smoke detector could be easily triggered. And there is no oven. Light cooking is suggested.
