Front Line Ocean Views

Casa Olivia has the most incredible ocean and beach view, it´s superb location means everything is on your doorstep and you can be on the beach within 2 minutes. There are so many great restaurants, cafes, bars, and shops within just a short walk and the famous boardwalk and Algar Seco viewpoint is just a short distance away. The space This is a studio apartment, it has a double bed (made up with one double duvet) and wardrobe, a well stocked Kitchen (open plan) and a bathroom with shower. There is a lovely balcony with superb sea/beach views, there are two chairs and a small table so ideal to sit and take in the views or enjoy the entertainment in the square in the evenings (June - September) Please note that this is a studio apartment meaning there is no door to the bedroom - the only separate room with a door is the bathroom. Guest access The studio apartment an the terrace is for sole use of the clients renting the space. Please note that there are steps up to the apartment, there is no lift available and guests must be able to carry luggage up the stairs. Other things to note As mentioned in the description there is music in the square throughout June, July, August and part of September so we do expect noise - it does normally finish at midnight, there are 2 or 3 evenings the music will be later as they are special events in Carvoeiro. Tourist Tax is payable prior to departure, this applies to everyone 13 and over. Please note there is no lift access, we are on the second floor so there are steps up to the apartment.
