The space The house has recently been refurbished, so you'll find new facilities in excellent condition. It has 3 spacious and cozy bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large and welcoming living room, and an equally spacious and complete kitchen. Excellent natural light throughout the house, and a good level of silence practically all the time. Guest access You can use the balcony, accessed from the kitchen, where you can enjoy a moment of relaxation in the open air with a great view. You can also use the slightly more sheltered patio below, where there is a lounge area and a synthetic grass area for outdoor exercise or simply to relax, always with plenty of privacy. You can leave your car in the house's private courtyard for maximum convenience. There is a structure for storing surfboards. There is also a stand-up paddle board available to rent, where you can enjoy some leisure time on the River Lizandro, 5 minutes from the house, next to Foz do Lizandro beach. As an extra, there is the possibility of training in the home gym downstairs, which is surely the most exquisite you've ever seen, with unique equipment and the effectiveness of a personal trainer with 20 years' experience.
