Lovely Single Room- 5 mins walk to the beach

A single room with a french 4 poster bed in a renovated bungalow by the sea, sharing bathroom with owner when she is there. Use of the garden (an ongoing project!) Use of kitchen for tea and coffee. A quiet relaxing place hence no TV but plenty of books. 25 mins from Chichester Theatre. Lovely walks along the sea out to the sandbanks when the tide is out, great for grounding work. When I am not away working I spend time gardening or in my cabin dress making at the end of the garden. There is a key store and I am available by phone. Other things to note Kite surfing is 15 mins walk away, free parking is on street, usually outside of the property. Plenty of places to eat on the Island.
