For lazy days spent by the pool, then Nuria Bosch is ideal. The space This terrace boasts a 7x4m pool, surrounded by evergreen bushes and lined with reclining sun loungers. For alfresco lunches, there's a brick-built BBQ with a covered terrace. Why not whip up some tasty tapas, or grill up some delicious vegetable skewers for friends and family? Inside, this ground-floor property feels like a home from home. The colourful living room with its comfy sofa and ancestral dining table is a great spot for relaxing indoors. Accessibility - To access the villa there is a path which is 80cm wide. The front door has a width of 150cm and the other doors that accesses the pool area is the back door which is 150cm wide. Paths from the villa to the pool area is 400cm wide and the grounds are mainly flat. All the bedrooms have a door width of 70cm and all the bathrooms have a door width of 70cm.
