The Bear Cave a newly renovated basement studio apartment. The apartment has a living area, sleeping area, a kitchenette and laundry. (laundry is shared with unit next door) Entry is via a keypad lock with a personal entry code (Provided 1 day before check-in). The apartment is located within 10 minutes to all major shopping and highways, but is far enough away to feel like you are getting away from the hustle and bustle. * Checking out - guests are only required to turn off the lights. No other actions are necessary. * The inside of the home has no stairs, but there are steps that will be taken to get from the upper driveway down to the basement level. Please use caution when taking the stairs. * Parking is provided in the driveway. Only 2 cars are allowed when booking this unit and must park on far right side of the driveway. * Make sure to review the check-in instructions and directions before arrival to ensure you have the directions on getting to the home, where to park and how to access the unit. * Kitchenette is stocked with plates, bowls, cups and utensils. Includes a Keurig coffee maker with complimentary K cups and sugar. The unit has a fridge, microwave and toaster, (There is no stove). We also provide other miscl utensils, bottle opener, pizza cutter, etc. * Living room - The sofa is electric with recliners on the ends and an LCD TV with Hulu streaming service. (We do not provide cable) * You are welcome to sign into your own streaming services while staying with us. Please make sure you sign out before leaving. * Guest Room 1 has a King bed. The lights are equipped with USB ports for charging your device. Full length mirror, dresser and closet with hangers. Additional blankets and sheets in the closet. * There is a ottoman that opens to a twin bed that can be used by guests. * Bathroom has a walk-in shower with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Bath towels are located in the dresser outside the bathroom door. * Home is on a septic tank. Do not dispose of baby wipes, flushable wipes, makeup wipes etc. in toilet. * Washer and Dryer is shared with the other unit. We provided laundry pods, an iron and ironing board. Broom and dust pan is located in the laundry room as well.. * Outdoor deck is new and available for guest use. Deck has chairs, table and a tv to watch your favorite sports team. * There is no firepit on the property. * No pets allowed * No Smoking Indoors (outside is ok) * There are security cameras on the property for the safety of our guests and property. They are located facing the driveway and deck. * Home is not child proof and does not have equipment for infants and toddlers. Please ensure to bring any equipment you need, if coming with infants and toddlers. * The unit is a basement apartment and guests may hear some noise from upstairs periodically. Such as walking. We make all efforts to keep any noise to a minimum. Quiet hours are 11pm to 6am. Please keep talking, music or tv sound at minimum levels. * Deck lights are on a timer that turn them on/off at preset times each day. * Door auto locks after 90 seconds. You can manually lock by pressing any number for 2 seconds Access is via keypad. Guests will be provided the access code 1 day before check in. ( please be sure to review the check-in details for instructions to operate the smart lock ) Note: door automatically locks after 90 seconds. We are available for guests if they have questions. Do not leave trash outside the unit. There is a trash can at the top level that trash can be placed into if needed.
