This home is located in Moore Park which -a lovely family neighborhood, accessible by bus right outside the door or a ten minute walk to the subway at Yonge & St. Claire (midtown). Moore Park is known for the ravines and beautiful big trees which are great for walks. The space A perfect spot for an executive stay or a family friend to visit. This self contained basement unit includes guests' dedicated bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom and fitness area! The bedroom has a double bed, dresser, bedside table and closet for hanging clothes. Linens are cozy and comfortable! The kitchen has a Nespresso coffee maker, coffee pods, kettle dishes and cutlery for basic food preparation. There is a fridge, stove, microwave and sink. The living room features a full size down filled - L shaped sofa, perfect for snuggling up and watching netflix. The 48" tv has an Apple TV, so you can login to Netflix to watch your favourite shows. Please note - while this space is very accessible to downtown, it is not intended for party people to host events and parties. This is a quiet family neighbourhood and there are upstairs occupants in the same building. Guest access There is a side door with separate entrance into the basement unit. There is also a rear door, to ensure safety. Since this is a basement unit - you will need to be ok to use stairs. Other things to note You are able to hear us upstairs when we are home as the space is not soundproof. We will always endeavour to be as quiet as possible, removing our shoes in the house and keeping our noise to a 'normal' level.
