ONLY ONE SET OF KEYS IS PROVIDED AT THIS APARTMENT. Exclusion of liability: You agree that we are in no way liable for any damage or injury caused to you or your possessions whilst staying at the property. Damage to items: If you discover anything that has been damaged within the apartment, this must be reported immediately to avoid this being charged from your deposit. If you are responsible for any damage, please also report this immediately so we can collectively determine the best course of action and replacement. You will be liable for the repair or replacement costs of any item within the property that is damaged during the course of your stay, including but not limited to the cost of the item itself, any delivery fees, any disposal costs, and labour costs. If you discover something about the apartment upon arrival or soon after that is not up to your expectation or you believe it is different from what was advertised, you must notify us immediately and support with photo evidence. This gives us an opportunity to rectify the situation right away to ensure a comfortable stay. If you simply walk out of the apartment or try and claim a reimbursement after your stay without having given us the opportunity to rectify, you will not be entitled to any reimbursement. Extra guest fee: Guests of more than 2 will be charged at rate of $29 per day per guest.
