This property has 2 houses and can accommodate a group of up to 20 people privately. Each house has its own heated pool and Jacuzzi. The house is located in a mountainous area of the Carretera el Manguito, 10 min. walk from the lake and the main square. It has 7 bedrooms, gardens, two pools, two Jacuzzis and a barbecue. THE PRICE ALREADY INCLUDES BOTH HOUSES. The space This property has 2 houses and can accommodate a group of up to 20 people. The price already includes both houses. The price also includes two days of hotel-style cleaning. When the stay is for three or more days, the daily cleaning fee (1,100 pesos) will be paid directly on site. If there are additional guests (more than 20 people), and only by prior agreement, a maximum of one or two people may be received, with a daily rate of 800 pesos per person. Each of the two houses (large house and chalet) have their own pool and jacuzzi, with additional costs for heating, at the guest's request). Even in December, the days are warm and sunny and cool at night, perfect for lighting a fire in the fireplace.
