In my neighborhood, you will find: Wonderful quick access to restaurants, shops, and sights. 5 minutes away from Downtown Summerlin, Red Rock Casino 10 minutes from a vast network of mountain bike trails & Red Rock Canyon Welcome Center 20 minutes to the Las Vegas Strip. The space Quiet and relaxing with nature-inspired decor. The room is set up with a work desk, mini-fridge, and microwave for your convenience. Our guests often use the space to work remotely. My space is perfect for someone who does not plan to cook or use the kitchen. Guest access Coffee & Dining room is available if you liked to have dinner outside of your room. You may turn on the coffee machine anytime as needed. The washer upstairs is available for $5 per load, Free dry. From 11 am-8pm. Please ask for access. Other things to note No kitchen access.
