Located opposite Square Bir Hakeim and overlooking a private garden that we will share, it will allow you to spend a pleasant stay in the countryside, close to the city center and the main cultural event and exhibition venues (Palais des Congrès, Théâtre de l'Archipel, "Visa pour l'image" screening venues) Beachfront 10 minutes by car. The space You will have access to the entire 60 m2 ground floor with a private entrance. The interior staircase leading to the first floor is closed by a door ensuring tranquility and autonomy. We'll share the laundry room. Each bedroom includes a 140 x 190 bed, two nightstands and a large closet that can accommodate suitcases and personal belongings. The first bedroom has a desk. We provide everything you need, sheets, pillows, duvet, blankets. The kitchen is perfectly equipped, you will find all the necessary utensils for cooking. You will have two induction cooktops, an oven, a fridge, a microwave, a filter coffee maker, a kettle as well as a toaster and a manual juicer. The dining area includes a worktop-height table with four stools. The bathroom consists of a shower, sink and toilet. Towels and bath mats are provided. Guests can take advantage of Wi-Fi internet access. No pets allowed. The accommodation is non-smoking for the comfort of subsequent guests. The washing machine in my home is located on the ground floor. It will be possible for me to use it during your long-term stay, during your absences, by informing you.
