The apartment, located on the main floor, consists of an entrance with a kitchen, a large living room, a bathroom and a loft with a double bedroom, all newly renovated and furnished in every detail. The space The apartment is a 60-square-meter loft with a mezzanine and has: - Fully equipped kitchen with every comfort, fridge, dishwasher, induction hob, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, pots, dishes, cutlery, glasses and cups and various utensils. - Living room with table and 4 chairs, 2 armchairs that become 2 single beds or 1 double bed. - Bedroom on the mezzanine with a double bed, pillows and a wardrobe. - Spacious bathroom with shower, towels (face, body, underwear) and hairdryer.
