House is conveniently located to Vallarta renown amenities including golf, restaurants, grocery store, beach & downtown. Five minutes to an indoor mall. Great scenic area to enjoy a leisure walk. Can include yoga classes, kitesurfing, surfing and stand up paddleboarding. Other things to note The house is three blocks from the Marriott Hotel which is on the beach. It is a quick walk or you may drive. Marriott offers day passes for $550 pesos. $450 of that amount you may apply towards food and drink. You will have use of pools, beach, bathroom and towels, as well as all restaurant services.
