Expansive north- and east-facing windows frame beautiful Lake Superior views while letting in the soothing sound of the waves. A cozy propane fireplace adds warmth and charm year-round. Main Bedroom: King bed with fresh linens, pillows, and blankets provided. Features a large closet and two bedside dressers. Extra blankets are provided, along with pillows in the closet. Second Bedroom: Full bed with linens, pillows, and blankets provided. Includes a dresser, small end table, and east-facing windows for soft morning light. Kitchen: Spacious and fully equipped with ample counter space and large cupboards. Includes cookware, utensils, dishes, glassware, coffee maker with filters and sugar, spices, oil, salt and pepper, baking ware, microwave, and essentials like foil, wrap, and storage bags. Full-size refrigerator with freezer and electric range. Dining Area: Table with seating for four, plus local maps and area guides to help plan your stay. Living Room: Comfortable sofa facing lake views, additional chair, lamps, and coffee table. Enjoy the propane fireplace and 43" Roku TV (please bring your own streaming logins). Starlink Wi-Fi is provided. Barrel Sauna: Located just outside near the driveway. Wood is provided, and instructions are available in the unit. Shared with guests of the Copper Suite. Deck: Lakeside deck with outdoor dining table and seating for four, overlooking the boat launch. Includes a grill with propane and utensils. Shared with the neighboring Copper Suite. Fire Pit Cove: A scenic shared gathering spot with fire ring, picnic table, and wood provided (plus natural wood on the property). Two camp chairs are available in the garage—please return after use. Dogs: Well-behaved dogs are welcome with prior disclosure during booking. A $75 per-stay cleaning fee applies. To maintain quality for all guests, dogs are not allowed on furniture or bedding, must be leashed outdoors, and may not be left unattended. Additional cleaning fees or fines may apply for excessive hair, disturbances, or damages. Heated Garage: Available for gear storage (no vehicle parking). Please keep walkways clear. Complimentary laundry is available; kindly avoid use between 10am–1pm to allow for cleaning needs. Boat Launch: Guests may use the on-site launch. Due to the shallow, rocky shoreline, it is best suited for smaller boats (approximately 14’ or less). Connectivity: Verizon service is reliable at the property; AT&T coverage is limited. House Rules: No smoking or vaping indoors. A $250 fee will be applied for violations. Guest access This is a duplex, you will have a shared entrance in the large garage. After the garage space, you have a private entrance up a small flight of stairs. The entire apartment is yours. The outside deck space and grill, the barrel sauna and the picnic table/fire ring are shared spaces. You can book the entire home, this would include The Greenstone and The Copper Suite.
