Charming farmhouse in Bierbeek near Leuven

Recently renovated farmhouse in Bierbeek with beautiful views. Child-friendly home with large garden and tree house. You can also stay overnight here. Lots of fun guaranteed. Jacuzzi available with garden view. Available during the summer vacation. Much to discover in the region (Meerdaal forest, hiking trails along the fields, beautiful cycling routes, close to Tienen and Leuven, ...). We are renting out our home during our trip to Asia. The space Our home: Ground floor: - 1 large bathroom with walk-in shower + access to the Jacuzzi - 1 bedroom with double bed - 1 playroom that can be transformed into an additional bedroom (on request) - Kitchen with living room + large sliding window to the garden - 1 storage room with extra fridge First floor: - 3 (youth) rooms: each with single beds - 1 sitting area with large sofa Basement: - 1 part is accessible to tenants. It has a washing machine and a drying rack to dry your clothes. The technical room is also located here. Garden: - Large lawn with trampoline and various places to enjoy the sun (from morning to evening you can find a sunny spot). Robot mower does the mowing ;). - Tree house - Jacuzzi - Sheep walk around in the meadow, but this will be taken care of during your stay Our house is located on a site with 3 buildings. The 2 other buildings are not accessible to tenants (shed and practice space). The entire garden is at the disposal of the tenants. Surroundings: - Many hiking trails available in our area. - In Bierbeek itself, you can also find many brasseries and restaurants. - The Meerdaalwoud is within walking distance of our home. Great for cycling, mountain biking, horse riding, jogging, hiking, etc. - Leuven and Tienen are accessible by bike (+/- 35 minutes) or car (15 minutes) - In Vertrijk Station, you can park your car for free to take the train to other cities in Belgium. The station of Leuven has more connections, and there you can park for a fee near the station. - Bierbeek is located right next to the language border. When you cross the language border, you will find yourself in Wallonia. Beautiful unspoiled nature with lots of hiking and biking possibilities. Guest access The entire house is available except for 1 part of the basement. The 2 other buildings located on the site are not available to tenants. Sufficient privacy remains guaranteed as the house is located lower than the street and the large glass sections are on the garden side. Other things to note - No pets allowed - Sheep are present on the site, but will be cared for by family during your stay. The same goes for our 2 cats who are used to walking around the property. - Other people may go to the building with the practice room, but the tenants will not be bothered by this because this building has a separate entrance.
