An entrance hall with a coat rack and closet An open-plan kitchen with the living room, fully equipped for cooking, and a dining table that can seat 4 people A living room with an HD Smart TV and a small workspace, opening directly onto the terrace. The sofa easily converts into a comfortable double bed for 2 people (high-comfort mattress and slatted base). When unfolded, there is still space to move around the room, and the bed can be accessed from both sides. An electric blind blocks out daylight, and the room is air-conditioned. A bedroom with a 160x200 cm double bed, a large closet with a dressing area. A French door provides direct access to the terrace. The bedroom is air-conditioned. Sheets, pillows, and duvets are provided for both beds. A bathroom with a bathtub/shower, a sink with storage cabinet, and a towel warmer.
