The front yard boasts the most famous tree in Logan and the porch area is a great place to congregate with family and friends after a day out on the lake. With ample parking for cars and boats, enjoy all that Lake Life has to offer with your family & friends! Our lake home comes completely stocked with linens, towels & pillows, a full kitchen with dishwasher, fridge & freezer, stove & oven, toaster, blender, electric griddle, microwave and coffee bar. There is plenty of pots, pans, utensils, dishes and everything you need to prep your home-cooked meals. There are 2 houses on this property. We have a shared outdoor kitchen and patio area available for both guest houses. Outdoor cooking amenities include a charcoal grill, pellet smoker and propane griddle. While only a 2 bedroom, we have the ability to sleep 7 guests comfortably. The master offers a king size bed, the guest bedroom a queen, and the living room has plenty of floor space for our raised king & twin air beds. Both bedrooms and the living room each have a Roku TV and strong wifi. There are cold window ACs in both bedrooms, the living room and kitchen. The best part of the Mulberry House is the front porch and patio area. Watch the sun rise and listen to the birds sing from the gigantic mulberry tree, and maybe wave to a neighbor or two.
