Mulberry House is situated on the main road to Ute Lake, NM on Loop 540. While this property has been around for decades, the home was was recently renovated and is cozy and clean. The front yard boasts the most famous tree in Logan and the porch area is a great place to congregate with family and friends after a day out on the lake. Plenty of parking for boats and home is fully stocked for your convenience. 2 bedrooms/1 bath. The space Mulberry house is centrally located between both Ute Lake State Parks (1.3 miles to each) on Loop 540 in Logan, NM. With ample parking for cars and boats, and even an RV spot, enjoy all that Lake Life has to offer with your family & friends! Our lake home comes completely stocked with linens, towels & pillows, a full kitchen with dishwasher, fridge & freezer, stove & oven, toaster, blender, electric griddle, microwave and coffee bar with a drip coffee pot and single serve Keurig (coffee included!) There is plenty of pots, pans, utensils, dishes and everything you need to prep your home-cooked meals. There are 2 houses on this property. We have a shared outdoor kitchen and patio area available for both guest houses. Outdoor cooking amenities include a charcoal grill and propane griddle. While only a 2 bedroom, we have the ability to sleep 6 guests comfortably. The master offers a king size bed, the guest bedroom a queen, and the living room has plenty of floor space for our raised queen & twin air beds. Both bedrooms and the living room each have a Roku TV and strong wifi. The best part of the Mulberry House is the front porch and patio area. Watch the sun rise and listen to the birds sing from the gigantic mulberry tree, and maybe wave to a neighbor or two. Sitting around the campfire is a great way to end the evening! Just a little slice of heaven at the Land of the Sun. Guest access You'll have full access to the house, front porch and outdoor kitchen & patio in the back. Other things to note Firewood is available for guest use for the fire pit. And there’s plenty of space for boat parking. We offer 1 RV camper hook-up with a 50 amp plug and water access for a $35 fee per night.
