Please handle them with care. 🧹 Complimentary cleaning services are provided for more than 5 days stay. 🚫 Damage and Repairs: Guests are responsible for any damage or breakages. Please report any issues immediately. 👶 Baby Cot: A baby cot is available upon request for free. Other things to note House rules include respecting the neighbors, furniture and no Parties whatsoever. Smoking allowed only on the outside terrace. Adherence to Dubai laws and regulations at all times. This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM). Please note the included cleaning fee is for the apartment to be cleaned after your stay. If you require additional cleaning during your stay, this can be arranged for an additional fee. We require copies of all guests passports who are staying in the property (we require this in order to register your stay with Dubai Tourism (DTCM) and the building management). Checkout time & Penalty: The checkout time is strictly 11 AM. Any checkout later than 11 AM without 48-hour notice will be a penalty of AED 500. We need more time to prepare our home for the next guest and want to ensure we deliver our home in the best quality and on time. We hope you can be considerate of this, respect the checkout time and remain fair to the next guests. Note: The swimming pool may be temporarily closed for maintenance by the building management, which is beyond our control. Facilities inside the apartment, including but not limited to the washing machine, dryer, and water heater, may occasionally malfunction under normal use.
