Updated Carriage House Apartment

This 1930s carriage-house style apartment has been recently revitalized into a modern and comfortable space while still maintaining its original charm. A blend of new and vintage furnishings with beautiful vinyl plank flooring and a soothing color palette make this space comfortable and beachy. Set back from the main house you're surrounded by large trees and you will have a birds eye view from the windows and deck. The space Everything in the apartment was carefully chosen to provide an uncluttered vibe but its all here, you can prepare meals in the kitchen and dine inside or out. Watch TV, listen to music, read or watch fireflies from the deck. The main bedroom has a queen bed and the other room can be additional space to store your larger things, or it has a futon that can sleep two people if you have overnight guests. Guest access This space is above a garage but no cars are kept in it during your stay. You will have access to your own downstairs washer and dryer that is a separate room from the garage. A large freezer with extra ice if you need it will be provided. A gas grill can be requested and the grill will be located just under the deck. Beach chairs and umbrellas are also provided with advance notice. Other things to note We want you to enjoy your stay and are available to recommend resturants, beaches and answer any questions.
