Guest access The condo and the entire building are owned by a local family, making it a private and exclusive property. The owners have meticulously planned and considered every detail to ensure a comfortable stay. Other things to note You will have full access to your condo as well as one designated parking space on property! This unit is on the third floor, which is up two flights of stairs and a total of 32 steps. Please note, there is no elevator. **Check out additional listings under profile or contact us if you'd like to inquire about renting out multiple units in the building at a discounted rate​ so your whole party can be close together with easy access to the beach.** ✅ This property has requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1,000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $42 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.
