Long-term stays are welcomed in the apartment for the remote worker or business traveller. We’re thrilled to have you staying with us and want to make sure you have a comfortable, enjoyable experience. To help maintain the best environment for everyone, we kindly ask that you follow the guidelines below during your stay. These are in place to ensure the safety, comfort, and privacy of all our guests and neighbors: 1. ID Requirement: Please provide a government-issued ID for all guests above 18 during the online check-in process. 2. Check-In/Check-Out: Please adhere to the designated check-in and check-out times. To ensure a smooth experience, check-in is from 3 PM onward, and check-out is by 10 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are not available. 3. Guest Limit: Only those listed in your reservation are permitted on the premises of the property. No visitors or unregistered individuals should have access to the property. 4. Residential Use Only: The property is intended for private residential use by registered guests only. If your stay involves additional guests beyond your reservation, we cannot be responsible for privacy concerns. 5. Respect the Neighbours: Please be mindful of noise, especially during quiet hours (10:00 PM to 8:00 AM). Parties, events, illegal activities, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. Loud music after 10 PM is not allowed. 6. No Smoking : Please use designated smoking areas. Smoking tobacco or any recreational drugs inside the building is strictly forbidden. A €500 penalty will apply for non-compliance. 7. Furniture and Structures: Refrain from moving furniture or setting up tents or other structures. A €300 cleaning fee will apply for any stains or any items that are taken or damaged. 8. Departure: When leaving, please turn off all lights and heating, place your key badge in the designated lockbox, clean the kitchen, dispose of any leftover items to avoid a €200 cleaning fee. 9. Liability: Please note that we are not liable for issues managed by third-party entities. 10. Damages and Cleaning: Guests are responsible for any damages or additional cleaning incurred during their stay. 11. Support Liability: As a self-check-in property without a reception, we will not assume liability for check-in problems if guests are uncooperative with troubleshooting. In-person assistance is unavailable from 5PM to 9AM, including weekends and holidays. 12. On-Site Visits: We offer 24/7 remote support for any issues that may arise. On-site visits are subject to availability during weekday hours (9 AM to 5 PM) after internal decision. If a guest requests an on-site visit after remote troubleshooting and no issue is found, the guest will be liable for all associated costs. 13. Compliance: It’s essential to comply with all house guidelines. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your stay without a refund. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
