Moccasin Creek Cottage

Come enjoy a stay at our little cottage. It is tucked up close to the woods, with a lovely secluded backyard. We have a tv - amazon fire tv, you have to have your own subscriptions. We have WIFI, out door sitting area, and a grill. We are 7 miles from rock house. We are 2.5 miles from Tarlton, Ohio which has a IGA convenient store, Dollar General, and Crosstown diner. We are 5 miles from Laurellville with gas, grocery store and restaurants, and the famous Apple Cider House open in the fall. The space We have 3 rooms and 2 baths. 3 queen beds and 2 twin mattresses. Living Room and Dining room perfect to hangout with friends or as a family. A kitchen to cook wonderful meals, and a laundry room. 2 extra folding chairs and 2 bar stools to accommodate more people for meals. Guest access You have access to the whole house and the wonderful back yard with a fire pit area( propane fire pit) and a propane grill. Other things to note A few things to note. *we do not have dressers, but big closets with room to hang clothes and shelves to put clothes on. * we do not have iron, but we do have a steamer. * there are chickens close to property. * we had a complaint that not every room has a TV, but we trust you use this time as a time to enjoy each others company, so we do furnish a TV in main living area *No Smoking on property
