Open-plan living spills out onto expansive decking, the perfect place for an early morning coffee, brunch, or evening meal cooked on the barbeque, or just for relaxing. Upstairs is your own home theatre and decking for more incredible views. All this within a 5-minute drive to the quaint historic town of Russell or for those who like to exercise a 40-minute walk The space The layout is ideal for a family of up to four, with a spacious open-plan kitchen, dining, lounge, two bedrooms, and a modern bathroom. A plus is the media lounge and large deck upstairs. The main bedroom features a Queen bed and a range slider opens onto a private deck. The second bedroom has two single beds. Both bedrooms have generous-sized wardrobes. All bedding and linen are provided. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, heated towel rail, hair dryer, eco-friendly hand and body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. Bath linen is provided. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes an induction cooktop, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, Air Fryer, microwave, rice maker, Nutribullet, and sandwich maker. A Webber barbeque and outdoor furniture provide the perfect setting for outdoor dining. A front-loader washing machine and an outdoor clothesline are available for use. Guest access Situated on a large elevated section, screened by bush and at the end of a cul-de-sac guests have access to the entire lower level of the house and upper-level mezzanine and deck, with ample parking onsite for two cars, or a car and a small boat. Other things to note While all linen is provided, beach towels are not, therefore guests must bring their own. A trundle bed is available if a family of five wants to book.
