Whether you are staying for work or leisure, this house is within easy reach of walking trails, the city of Oxford, the towns of Wantage and Abingdon; the Cotswolds and beyond. The accommodation offers a suit of dedicated rooms at one end of a family home, separated from the rest of the house. The space The property was originally four separate cottages. They were built and extended at different times, with the oldest dating back to the seventeenth century. The available rooms occupy one end of the row. They are quiet and virtually self-contained, forming one wing of the property. The accommodation can be described as rustic rather than state of the art. Nevertheless, the property has central heating, internet, Sky TV, mains drainage, on-grid utilities, and more besides. Guest access Access is gained through the main door to the house at the rear of the building. The rooms are located on the ground floor, with double bedroom, private shower room and dedicated living room all next to one another. During your stay I like to greet my guests in person, if possible and provide a key safe when it is not. I live on site and am always around, at some point in the day, to talk about the area and your requirements of your stay. In between times, the Airbnb app provides an excellent means of messaging. Other things to note This suite of rooms is located at one end of the house, away from the host's living area. The accommodation comprises a large double bedroom, private shower room and large living room with Sky TV, piano and board games. A continental breakfast is laid out in the shared dining room at a time agreed at check in. There is also a tea and coffee station in the shared utility room, available at anytime.
