The space This traditional Ratthanakosin style home located in the heart of Bangkok. Your area is on the 1st floor. Cozy atmosphere and clean - A hotel standard futon king size bed on mezzanine and comfy sofa bed with private bathroom. Room can fit 4people, great for groups. - The place is close to various public transportations; Taxi, bus and boat; all within walking distance. - The 4stories house on the historical area,on Chakrabongse road. The house was hidden in the alley close to Local mall. Our place is close the main road surround with lots of vibrant street foods, restaurants, cafes and bars. In the community, it's true. When you step into the door, You will feel the peace, warm, cozy that is different from the outside world. Guest access You can sit back, relax and have fun with a maximum of 4guests at once in our place. (Over of 2guests will be counted as extra guests. Please register the actual amount of guests. Then we’d prepare extra bed for you.) -Garbage room is on the back side . Additionally, we provide televisions with android TV program and YouTube, electric heating for the shower, air conditioning. Other things to note ✅Additional Rules & Info • Please remove shoes and place them on the shoe rack. • Turn off the A/C and electricity when you are out. • Keep windows and doors closed to prevent insects. If opening windows, please turn off the A/C. • No smoking inside. Indoor smoking will incur a THB 9,080 cleaning fee. ✅About the Space • King bed on the mezzanine; daybed below with limited ceiling height. The house may not be suitable for guests who have difficulty using stairs. • Ground floor is a common area with CCTV. 1st floor is the entrance with digital door lock, garbage room, and storage room. ✅✅✅Please note that there is a building renovation nearby, which may cause some daytime noise.
