The space The apartment is one and a half blocks from the beach (Playa del Cura), which is the most popular beach in Torrevieja due to its large promenade and its bars, cafes and restaurants. A beautiful place to spend a relaxing stay and unwind during vacations. There are supermarkets and shops with everything you need around the apartment (3-5 minutes). The city center and bus stop are also close, about a 5-minute walk, Habaneras Avenue on the way (one of the most popular avenues 250 meters). The apartment is located 1 km from Aquapolis Torrevieja (water park) and 2 km from Salinas de Torrevieja (El Lago Rosado). The apartment is a studio, it has a dining room, appropriate and very nice division, with a double bed, super comfortable bed base, small kitchen with microwave, electric stove, oven, bathroom with bathtub, and a balcony that invites you to a cozy breakfast/ snack. It is equipped with everything you need for a pleasant vacation. Other things to note Please take care of this apartment as if it were your own. If you break something, you have to pay for it, as our mothers used to say! The water heater has a button to heat the water in the bathroom that we use. Every time you finish, turn it off to take care of its useful life. Use the air conditioner in moderation while inside the accommodation, when you are not in the house, please turn it off.
