The property is centrally located in the heart of Quezon City that can easily be access by cars, public transport and train. The space Our unit is situated in the atrium area and overlooking the amenities. We have thoughtfully furnished our home to be your sanctuary in the middle of the busy city ensuring a comfortable stay with your friends and families. The living room is furnished with a cozy 4-seater sofa that can turn into a bed (can sleep 2 adults), Smart TV with Netflix and Amazon prime and high-speed internet.. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to prepare and share a sumptuous meal from induction cooker, cutleries, fridge and microwave. It is also extended to the dining area which can sit 4. Bedroom 1 – The primary bedroom has a queen size bed complete with soft mattress, duvet and pillow with to ensure you’ll have a comfortable sleep, an adequate storage for your personal belongings and small desk. Balcony – We have taken into consideration families who will be staying with small children thus we have installed grilles into the balcony for additional safety feature. The balcony can be accessed thru the primary bedroom. Bedroom 2 – The second room has a bunk bed complete with soft mattress, duvet and pillow with to ensure you’ll have a comfortable sleep. Laundry Machine – our unit has a front load laundry machine, please use with consideration and proper laundry detergents. This 2-bedroom condo features the following: - Balcony with grilles overlooking amenities area. - Primary bedroom with queen size bed (fits 2 adults). - Second room with bunk bed perfect for both kids and adult (fits 2 adults or 2 kids). - Both bedrooms are fully airconditioned. - Living room with sofa bed (fits 2 adults). - Fast and unlimited wifi - Smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime - Kitchen Appliances (microwave, induction cooker, electric kettle, refrigerator) - Dining Area - Bathroom with shower enclosure and water heater. - 24/7 security - Front Load Washing Machine Guest Amenity Kit for 2: - Indoor Slippers - Dental Kit - Bodywash, Shampoo and Conditioner - Towels* * Depend on the availability we can provide extra towels, please contact the host. Drinking Water: We would like to inform you that while we do not provide drinking water directly, we have a limited water stub available for your convenience. You can use it to refill the water container inside the unit free of charge at the water station located at Basement 1 north tower. However, please note that the availability of the free water stub is LIMITED.. In the event that the free water stub is not available, we recommend visiting the convenience store at Basement 1 North Tower to purchase your drinking water. They offer a variety of options to meet your hydration needs.
