The space This bright and spacious 236 m² apartment is located in the Carvalhido area of Porto, offering an ideal stay for 8 guests who value comfort, privacy, and space. Any additional guests must be approved in advance. Please contact me before booking. The apartment features four comfortable bedrooms, including three suites with queen-size beds and private bathrooms, plus one bedroom with two single beds. All the space are equipped with air conditioning and high-quality bedding for a restful night’s sleep. There are five bathrooms in total, with both showers and bathtubs, all fitted with hair dryers. The main living room is generous and welcoming, designed for relaxed moments and conversation. A second, quieter lounge can be used as a children’s area or private workspace, providing additional flexibility space without compromising comfort. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances such as a dishwasher, oven, microwave, American-style refrigerator, and Nespresso coffee machine. A laundry area with washing and drying machines is also available. Two small balconies connected to the bedrooms bring in natural light and fresh air. The apartment is well connected: 2 minutes from bus stops, 10 minutes walking from the metro, 15 minutes from the airport by car, and 10 minutes from Porto’s historic center by car. Wi-Fi, cable TV, air conditioning, elevator access, bed linen, towels, and toiletries are all provided. Guest access Guests have access to all the divisions and amenities of the apartment. Other things to note The flat is located on the first floor of a building without a lift. However, the flat offers a private lift which provides you with the necessary comfort to effortlessly access the garage or the flat after a day of sightseeing in the city. We have 1 garage inside house, if you have an extra car, we have another free garage for you. Please note that the fireplace is purely decorative. For security reasons, it is not listed among the flat's amenities. There is a massage and acupuncture center in the same building, providing relax massage or therapy massage if you need. And also have Yoga class in the big room under clinic, which you can join in. To further enhance your stay, I offer additional services including private transfers. The friendly and reliable drivers can transport you to and from the airport, accommodating up to 3 persons at a cost of €30( €50 for groups of up to 8 persons).
