PLEASE READ DESCRIPTION BEFORE BOOKING! With only 5 mins from the Montego Bay airport & 20mins walk /5 mins by car to the Hip Strip the property is nestled in a quiet and secure neighborhood. Get ready to wake up to a breathtaking ocean view from your apartment. The apartment is palatial, cool and central to all major attractions. Enjoy the roof top pool overlooking the ocean and watch as the planes land at the airport. The space The unit is spacious, clean and has a modern contemporary interior design. The unit has 2 en suite bedrooms - each bedroom is directly connected to its own bathroom. ( Air conditioning and ceiling fans in both bedrooms). Air conditioning installed in living room on August 10,2018. Air conditioning is available throughout the entire unit. Queen size beds in both bedrooms. When hosting 5-6persons an additional queen size bed is made available to ensure additional comfort. Cable tv Only and FREE WIFI (Not shared) Security on site between the hours of 5pm-11pm We offer the following supplies to our guest/s: microwave coffee maker stove toaster electric kettle refridgerator cooking supplies linens / bath towels beach towels Guest access The guests will have access to their apartment, pool, garden and roof. Other things to note Do keep in mind that this is a residential building and not a hotel. The apartment complex does NOT have an elevator. With that being said guest/s apartment is on the second floor and guest/s will have to use the staircase. Additionally, getting to the pool on the roof you will also have to use a staircase. If you or anyone in your group has an issue with climbing steps or will be complaining about climbing the steps, unfortunately this property may not be ideal for you. AIRPORT PICKUP The airport is 5 minutes away by car. Based on availability, I will schedule one of my drivers to receive you and your guest/s from the airport, if requested. The cost is $25usd from the airport to the property, ONLY or $45usd for airport pickup and a stop at the supermarket for 1-4 persons. We provide bath and beach towels throughout your stay. We also provide two rolls of toilet paper, once those are finished guest/s will be responsible to provide their own toiletries. There is a restaurant across the street from the property which serves lunch and dinner. They dish up both Jamaican and American cuisines. The Solace Restaurant and Lounge which is 4mins walk from the property that caters to lunch and dinner as well No visitors are allowed on the property! Only persons on the reservation will be allowed on the property at any given time. If you are planning on having visitors over this property may not be ideal for you. Please ensure you have the correct amount of person on the reservation ticket that will be staying at the property. No laundry service on property. Nearby laundromat is 10mins by car. Concierge service service between the hours of 9am -7pm. HOUSE RULES 1. No smoking is allowed inside the apartment. Guests are allowed to smoke on the steps outside or by the pool. 2. No visitors are allowed on the property. 3. Turn off all air conditioning units, fans and lights when leaving the property. 4. Cable tv only Please respect my home, as I would do yours.
