Our 1-room apartment "Sonnenschein" is ideal for singles and couples, but also for families with small children. It is comfortably accessible without steps and barrier-free via an elevator and is characterized by the great location in Kühungsborn-West. Here you can enjoy your vacation and leave the car behind. The wide sandy beach, the beautiful long promenade, restaurants, shopping, the city forest and much more is within a few meters' walk. The space The apartment is located on the 1st upper floor of our Ostsee-Villa-Anika. The spacious, combined living and sleeping area offers everything you need for a comfortable stay: a kitchenette, a dining table, a sofa, and a modern flat-screen TV, as well as the bed (160 × 200 cm / 63 × 79 in). From the living area, you can access the balcony in a sunny southwest-facing position – perfect for enjoying relaxing hours outdoors. The bathroom has a walk in shower. All rooms are equipped with underfloor heating and are tiled throughout, which makes for a comfortable living environment. Heating and hot water are provided in a sustainable and environmentally friendly manner using geothermal energy. Thanks to the elevator in the building and the accessible bathroom, the apartment is also well suited for guests with limited mobility. A free outdoor parking space for one car and Wi-Fi are at your disposal. Guest access There is a washing machine and dryer in the basement of the house. The shared use of these devices is possible (fee: €5.00/device and use). Other things to note Please note: bed linen and towels are not provided as standard. On request, bed linen (€20.00/guest) and towels (€10.00/guest) can be booked. Please let us know in your request. The services listed above are not included in the travel price and will be billed via Airbnb if necessary. In Kühlungsborn, a visitor's tax is payable for vacationers. We calculate these before arrival and provide you with the visitor's cards electronically. We will also bill these through Airbnb according to your length of stay. The visitor's tax in the main season from May 1st May 1st - September 30th is €3.00 per person/day and in the off-season from 01 October 1st - April 30th €1.60 per person/day Children up to the age of 16 (16th birthday - 1 day) are free.
