The apartment is fully furnished and equipped, you will just have to put your bags down and enjoy your stay. See you soon ❤ Guest access Thanks to a secure key box located next to the front door of the building, you can access the apartment independently even if your arrival time is late. Our guests will have full access to the apartment without any restrictions. This apartment is not suitable for babies. Other things to note HOUSE RULES: In order to make your stay as pleasant as possible, and to ensure hygiene and safety for all, we kindly ask you to read these rules carefully. Rental period: this accommodation is rented to you for a period defined at the time of your reservation, determined in your rental contract. Under no circumstances will a customer be able to claim any right to remain on the premises outside this period. This apartment is not suitable for babies, toddlers due to the windows of the living room and bedroom. You can have extra linen on request which is charged an additional €12. This apartment sleeps up to 4 guests. For a reservation for 2 people it is a standard price for 2 people, 1 bed The price is not the same for 2 people sleeping in one bed as for 2 people sleeping in 2 beds because of the price of the extra laundry. Thank you for your understanding. ➢ CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT: - Check-in times are scheduled in the afternoon from 5 p.m. - Check-out times are scheduled in the morning before 10 am. - The time spent cleaning must take place on the day of departure, before the deadline. ➢ EQUIPMENT PROVIDED: - This accommodation is rented with bedding (bed bases and mattresses), duvets, pillows and blankets. - Sheets and other linens (bedding, towels, tea towels, etc.) are included, as well as basic necessities. Use of the premises: - All the furniture is at your disposal. Please keep them in good condition and keep them clean. – The supply of water, electricity and heating is included in the rental price. However, in order to best respect the environment, please turn off the lights when you leave a room, do not let the water run unnecessarily, and do not leave doors and windows open for long if you use the heater. - All amenities are at your disposal, subject to normal and reasonable use. In this regard, please do not throw anything into the toilet. - Make sure to close the apartment thoroughly when you leave the premises. You are responsible for any theft or damage if you fail to comply with this clause. - PLEASE REMEMBER TO VENTILATE THE ROOMS DURING YOUR STAY :) ➢ SAFETY AND GOOD BEHAVIOR INSTRUCTIONS: - Please respect the tranquility of the premises and make use of it in accordance with its intended purpose. The sound volume, inside and outside the property, must be contained in order to respect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood. In case of conflict and/or complaint, we reserve the right to evict customers causing the trouble. – For the respect of the neighborhood, it is strictly forbidden to make noise in the evening after 10 p.m. and before 8 a.m. in the morning. - Smoking inside the accommodation is strictly forbidden. - In case of emergency, please call the emergency services (18 for firefighters, 15 for Samu, 17 for police). Fire extinguishers have been placed in the building. Cleaning: - Please make sure not to leave the accommodation messy, ensuring in particular tidying up furniture, items and dishes. Garbage cans are available to you at the bottom left of the building. Pets: - Only the rental contract specifies whether the tenant is allowed to stay with their pet by paying €12. The tenant agrees to keep the rental in a state of impeccable cleanliness, under no circumstances letting the presence of an animal appear during the stay, including outside the accommodation. - Animals must never be left in the accommodation in the absence of their owner. Any damage due to animals is the sole responsibility of the tenant and will be deducted from their security deposit. - In case of a problem, breakdown or malfunction, please let us know immediately. We will then do our best to remedy the situation. No refund for troubleshooting or repair can be considered without our agreement. In case of breakage, loss or damage please report it during your trip, even if no damage seems apparent. In case of loss or deterioration of the accommodation's components, the amount of the deposit may be reduced by the cost of the restoration or possible replacement.
