Description

Elegant and atypical apartment, renovated by an architect, on the ground floor of an old building located in a remarkable historical area. Less than 600 m from the main monuments, shops and the Capitole metro. This accommodation can comfortably accommodate 5 adults +1 child/adolescent. Thanks to the speed Wifi and two office spaces - is ideal to work remotely. Sheets and towels will be provided For more information do not hesitate to read the detailed description below. :) The space This apartment has a story. The building was built in the 16th century for the farmer general, an important person in charge of collecting taxes for the king. It was later occupied by a religious congregation, then restored in the 2010s. Our apartment was tastefully furnished by the previous owner, an architect, to live there himself with his family. Features enjoyed by my guests: - Original architect design - The apartment is located in the hyper-center of Toulouse, between Capitole square and St Pierre Square. - The apartment has an air parking space protected inside the residence on reservation (15€/night). - Pleasant in summer thanks to the air conditioning. - Fully equipped, bed linen and towels. BABY EQUIPMENT: - Cot (with mattress and duvet) without baby sheets. Plan the blankets for your little one. - Baby seat with an eating table that attaches to a chair or sits on the floor. ______________________ Other features to consider: - Fiber optic internet connection with wifi and RJ45 plugs in all rooms. - You will have one set of keys at your disposal. - You will have the entire apartment with the exception of the technical room facing the entrance and the dressing room of the master bedroom. Housing: - Large living-dining room with high ceilings lit by 4 large and high windows, dining table for 6 people, corner sofa, desk, - Beautiful entrance hall, closets for clothes and shoes, - Large fitted kitchen with dining table for 4, fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, hob, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine and one with filter, kitchen utensils. - Laundry room with a washer and a dryer, WC The accommodation has 3 BEDROOMS: The master bedroom with queen size bed has its private bathroom (double sink, walk-in shower), the other two are small (one with a queen size bed, the other with 2 trundle beds 80x200), they share the second bathroom (a sink, a bathtub), a 2nd WC between the two bathrooms. The bedroom with two trundle beds is comfortable for one bed/single person but will provide little space for 2 beds/1 adult and a child or a slender adult. The structure of the second bed is for the maximum weight of 75 kg. Wardrobes and storage in all bedrooms. Reversible air conditioning (cold/hot), wifi and all comfort elements, 2 workspaces, one in the living room, the other next to the master bedroom (small space but in the light of a beautiful and huge window old in a semicircle. Guest access Passengers are welcomed physically from 4pm, every day of the week and at weekends. Other things to note OUR RENTAL CONDITIONS: ° Services provided by third parties such as water, electricity, heating and wi-fi are not under our control. By booking with us, you have agreed that you are not entitled to any discount or refund in the unlikely event of service disruption. We will do our best to remedy the situation. ° The apartment is secured by a device (MINUT) which constantly monitors the noise level, the temperature, the number of occupants, the hygrometry, the number of internet connections... In order to ensure compliance with the regulations and everyone's safety. ° The accommodation is strictly non-smoking. ° Parties / events are totally prohibited. ° There cannot be more people in the accommodation than the occupants indicated in the reservation. ° We count on you to leave the accommodation in good condition. The accommodation and what is inside must be returned in the state in which it was found on arrival (art 11.1 of the Rental Conditions), i.e.: as if it were on your awn place, without waste, without dirty dishes and furniture and decorative items in good condition in their original place. The cleaning fees associated with the reservation correspond to the classic cleaning, the costs of household linen, the consumable products and the VAT. If beyond the classic cleaning, we must "restore" the accommodation (rubbish / moldy food / personal belongings left, sticky floor, dirty and untidy dishes, deteriorated equipment, smell of cigarettes...), we will unfortunately have to charge you for overtime. Thank you for your understanding. ° For any reservation longer than 30 days, one cleaning per month (minimum) will be carried out at your expense. We will agree dates and times together.
