The space In summer, Casa Manutella mainly lives on the large Bagghjo (terrace) of the traditional Aeolian architecture, equipped with Pulere (belly columns) and Bisuoli (masonry seats), shaded for 70 meters by the reed canopies, as well as 30 meters of railing solarium and outdoor shower on the sheltered side of the house. Casa Manutella has a main body with a living room, kitchen, bedroom and a small bathroom with a second indoor shower. Under the terrace there is a small separate room that can be reached via a sinuous exposed stone staircase. The room is equipped with a high single bed (140cm), while the bedroom and living room are both equipped with a double sofa bed (160cm). Other things to note It is important that you take a good look at the mule track that you have to take to reach the house: it is safe and comfortable, but very unusual for those who are accustomed to urban comforts. In addition to the mule track, there is a dirt road that can be traveled by agricultural or special vehicles such as off-road quads and jeeps, which can also be rented and used for extraordinary transport such as bulky luggage, water or other heavy necessities.
