Your home away from home, a serene and relaxing property. This cottage features a 270 degrees view of the Lake Manitoba. Very quiet place, you'll wake up hearing the Birds chirping. Relax by just watching the beautiful turquoise colored Lake water right in our backyard or enjoy swimming, kayaking or fishing. Get the meals ready in our big kitchen while still enjoying the lake view. Before the day ends, enjoy the beautiful sunset view by the lake, again just in our backyard. The space What’s included in the Rental 1. 2 Bedrooms, One Queen Bed and one Double Bed 2. 1 Attic Bedroom has 1 King and One queen Beds and an Amazon echo dot device 3. 1 Bathroom, vanity, shower and jacuzzi tub (not included in the rental) 4. Kitchen which includes Oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and electric Kettle 5. Dining table with 5 chairs and a bench and a Dinette table with 3 chairs 6. 2 Living rooms, which consists of couches, center table, side tables, console tables, bench, chairs, lamp, TV (subscribed to Amazon Prime video) and Amazon Firewire 7. Sunroom with Outdoor furniture, lounging chair and sofa couch 8. BBQ with Propane 9. Adirondack chairs for outdoor, white table and chairs 10. Firepit Guest access 5 mins walk to the store, gas station and restaurant. Very convenient for days you don't feel cooking or would like to celebrate an event. Restaurant has a bar and live entertainment too. Very close to public docking station, public beach and park. Other things to note What’s not included in the Rental 1. Drinking water, the property is serviced with a well but it’s not recommended for drinking 2. You are responsible for your own toiletries such as body soap, toilet papers and towels 3. Any cooking needs (i.e oil, soy sauce, ketchup etc) 4. Firewood 5. Jacuzzi Tub - currently not working well and might cause water leak if used.
