Beautiful newly renovated house with access and views of the sea, Cala en Forcat. Very spacious and bright, ideal for big groups. There are 2 double bedrooms (with double beds), 1 twin bedroom (with single beds), 1 triple bedroom (with single beds), and 1 triple bedroom with a bunk bed. A total of 12 guests. Outside there is a large built-in barbecue, garden area and community pool with sea views. Air conditioning, heating and internet included. Other things to note IMPORTANT: Prior to arrival, all guests must be registered in accordance with current regulations. Additionally, the applicable tourist tax must be paid, amounting to €2.20 per person per night, which is not included in the total reservation price. *A pet fee applies per stay (50€).
