Relax on the patio under the shade of the umbrellas with a cold drink to end your day, or sit out by the fire and enjoy the evening. Kid friendly home. Lots of toys, games and space for the little ones to play and we have dinnerware, cups and utensils for little ones! Can also have a pack n' play available upon request. This house is pet friendly, there is even a large built in kennel in the basement available for use as well as other typical sized kennels, so no need to haul your own. Behind the house is an elementary school with two playgrounds available for use and a couple blocks from the house is a gorgeous city park on the river as well as a community pool. July and August you'll get to experience the beautiful flowering landscape and shade provided by the ample trees on the property. Plenty of parking in the driveway, and street parking is allowed as well. Small town experience less than 20 minutes from the EAA grounds. Located in a quiet neighborhood, it’s perfect for relaxing after a busy day at Airventure. Three good sized bedrooms, two with queen sized beds, one with a twin. Can provide air mattresses for use in living room or basement if requested as well. One full bath and one half bath. Reasonable sized kitchen and dining to suit any needs. Large open living room great for relaxing or entertaining. Large open backyard, completely fenced in. Guest access Guests will have access to almost all of the entire house. Garage will be locked as well as one part of the basement- the woodshop. Closets and dressers will be not available for guests. Most cabinets will be open for use as well. Free laundry access. Other things to note Dogs are welcome, as long as they are well mannered. Any reasonable request regarding size and number will be considered. Can provide dog kennels, bowls, dog beds etc upon request.
