Located 18 km from PUY DU FOU, in the countryside, in a quiet and relaxing environment, spacious 125 m2 cottage for 10/12 guests, refurbished. The Terre de Zic Gîte offers you an original experience through its musical universe, its themed decoration and the provision of instruments. Its 5 bedrooms, equipped with new professional quality mattresses, all have at least one shower and a private sink. Tourist attractions: Puy du Fou, The space Enjoy a stay combining calm and comfort in the Terre de Zic vacation rental. On the ground floor: You enter directly into the living room. Its large cozy living room that can accommodate all guests overlooks the equipped kitchen. The dining room at the end of the hallway with countryside views allows everyone to meet. You will also find the "Rock" bedroom with its large 160 cm bed and a shower room with toilet. Upstairs: There are 4 beautiful bedrooms: - "Electro" bedroom: 160 cm bed or 2 80 cm beds + shower and sink. + an 80 cm extra bed - "Pop" bedroom: 140 cm bed + shower and sink. - Both of these bedrooms have a toilet on the landing. - "Jazz" bedroom: 140 cm bed + shower, sink and private toilet. - "World" bedroom: 140 cm bed + private bathroom and toilet. + an 80 cm extra bed. Finally, you will find a small music relaxation area, with instruments available to you. All bookings must be made at least 15 days before your arrival. Bath towels (towel, glove, etc.) are not currently available for rent, we invite you to bring what you need for your stay. Cleaning: You must clean before checkout. There is no cleaning fee included in the rate. We can offer an optional cleaning fee of €180, to be booked before your stay. Guest access Detached house, entire home. Two independent entrances, with the first on the ground floor overlooking the living rooms and the other to access the upstairs bedrooms as well as the "music relaxation" corner. In this 400 m2 garden, you have a large 50 m2 terrace, to accommodate 12 people and thus enjoy the sunny days. Come and enjoy a 90 m2 petanque court or outdoor leisure area. Outdoor games are also available.
