This gives access to a 1st balcony of 6 m2 with garden furniture that will allow you to eat and enjoy the sun in the afternoon (Awning for shade) Bathroom, separate suspended toilet, 1 large air-conditioned bedroom (double bed) opening onto a 2nd balcony. Secure residence under video surveillance / parties, events or gatherings strictly prohibited. The space The apartment is a 10-minute walk from Vaulx-En-Velin La Soie station which serves: - Metro A (Direction Perrache via Place Bellecour) - Tram T3 (Direction Gare Part-Dieu – Meyzieu ZI) - Bus 100 direct to EUREXPO - Rhônexpress to the airport / Saint-Exupery train station. - Groupama Stadium direct Tram in 10 minutes. Guests can enjoy the Carré de Soie shopping center (shops, restaurants, etc.) located a 10-minute walk from the accommodation.
