The space The house is located on a quiet street away from the noise and bustle of the promenade. The sea is not far, 15 minutes on foot and 3 minutes by car. Guest access The total area of the apartment is 75 sqm. There are three bedrooms: two with wide double beds and one (children's) with three single beds and a small sofa bed. Each bedroom has a TV with Russian and international channels. Two bedrooms have separate exits to a wide terrace with chairs, a table and sun loungers. There are air conditioners in all rooms. A safe is at your disposal. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, a large fridge, a microwave, and a multicooker. A washing machine is available. There is a dining area. For the convenience of guests, the apartments are equipped with two bathrooms (one with a bathtub, the other with a shower, toilets, sinks, hairdryers). Of course, we provide dishes, bathroom accessories, towels, bed linen. The furniture is new, the room decoration is of very high quality! If more than 4 people arrive, then on the day of departure, electricity and water are additionally paid. There is a swing, children's pool, grill, parking space in the yard. You can also choose to stay on the third floor of our house (here on the site) each floor is isolated as a separate apartment.
