Located in the heart of the Shawnee National Forest and within 1 mile of 3 wineries that are located on the Shawnee Wine Trail, our 20 acre retreat offers a perfect escape from everyday life. Whether you're seeking a couples getaway, an outdoor adventure with the family, a girls trip to visit the local vineyards, or a hunting trip with the boys, Alto Cabin has something for everyone! Accommodations: - 3 bedrooms (king, queen, 2 twin beds) - sleeps 6 guests comfortably - 3 full baths - Fully stocked kitchen with coffee bar - Complimentary Wi-Fi - 2 Smart TV’s - Washer / Dryer - 7 Person Hot Tub - Charcoal grill (**Guests are responsible for charcoal. lighter fluid, and cleaning the grill after each use.**) - Fire Pit area with seating (**Firewood provided**) **NOTE: Additional guests are welcome, however, it will be the guest's responsibility to come with their own sleeping accommodations. (i.e., air mattress) There are additional blankets and pillows located in the 1st floor linen closet Guests will have access to the entire property with the exception of the garage. Guests are free to contact me via text or Airbnb platform, 9am - 9pm. You are welcome to contact me outside of those hours, however, my responses may be delayed. Alto Cabin is located on the 40-mile long Shawnee Hills Wine Trail. This trail is home to 11 beautifully unique vineyards/wineries, 3 of which are located within 2 miles of the house. (Peachbarn Winery & Cafe, Alto Vineyards, and Von Jakob Winery) Alto Cabin is also within 1 mile of Alto Pass' Main Street. Here you can find Havisham Bourbon Bar, Duty's Country Store, Quetil Hiking Trail, and a small play area for kids. If you venture a little further out, you can view and purchase beautiful pottery pieces from Alto Clay Works or head to Rendleman Orchards to walk through the sunflower maze, pick beautiful flowers, or purchase in-season produce.
