The space Duplex apartment (third and fourth floor), located in the El Refugio de Huacura condominium, which provides security to guests and the possibility of enjoying the common areas. It consists of two bedrooms with a built-in bathroom, one of them on the second floor facing the ocean; with access to the terrace where the apartment's pool is located. It is a unique experience to get up and be able to cool off in it enjoying an exceptional view. The other room, also overlooking the ocean, is located on the first floor. The other two bedrooms share a full bathroom and are located on the first floor. The living room, dining room and kitchen, which also enjoy a beautiful oceanfront view, are fully integrated into a super spacious, bright and ventilated space. It has two terraces, on the upper one there is, apart from the pool, the grill and service area with a comfortable laundry room, a place to hang clothes and a bathroom. The kitchen is fully stocked. Guests have a parking space inside the condominium at their disposal. If they need another one, it can be arranged in advance. No room has a TV. The kitchenware as well as the electrical appliances are old and work perfectly. For reference of our location, if you arrive in Tumbes, going south you will reach *: Zorritos, the largest town in the area, there are many hotels, a nice esplanade, the Parque de las Aguas and there is the Trotamundo café with a rich cuisine. Other things to note In the event that guests want a total rest, I have the service of a person who takes care of the cleaning of the duplex, the kitchen on site or on request, the care of children and the elderly as well as the laundry or shopping service on request. I also have a trusted taxi driver who can pick you up from the airport and do shopping on the way because there are nearby supermarkets such as Plaza Vea and Metro. About 300 meters from the condo is the Bamboo Lodge, known for its rich cuisine. There are many other places to eat rich such as the Trotamundos Café Bar with delicious pizzas and others, with very good music and a very nice retro decoration. There is also Eduardo el Brujo with an exceptional oceanfront seafood meal. And every so often new places open. Linens and hand towels are provided in the bathrooms.
