Spacious room, walking distance to the cathedral

Our house is called El Laberinto (the labyrinth). We are actors and musicians and in the house we have a recording studio. We love hosting visitors from all over the world in a homey environment, close to art. We are in the surroundings of the downtown, four blocks away from the Tarascas fountain and the Acueduct. The space Besides being really close to downtown, if you stay with us we can help you in your trip (wether is leisure or work). We can tell you all about the artistic and cultural aspects of Morelia and Michoacán. The room is big and bright, it has one window that open to a little balcony, allowing you to see the neighborhood and also having a lot of air circulation (great if you smoke). We have a nice, comfortable double bed, and if you need it a single cot, this because the room is big and it could even host three people, if you'd like to stay together for an inexpensive stay. The room and the bathroom are on the first floor and the bathroom it's only for you. If this room is not available on the dates you need, we invite you to check the other rooms we offer, on the same house and price point, it's only a little smaller. Guest access You can have access to the kitchen, the laundry room and we have wi-fi. We have two very friendly cats, but if they are a problem we can have them in a separate area. There is a free parking space in front the house but it´s only one space so if when you arrived to home are other guest maybe can be used it, then for an extra fee there is a parking two blocks frome house. The car could also be parked on the street, below the windows of the room you stay in. Any option you choose, the car can be safe and close to you. During your stay We always like, if we coincide in schedules, to share with our guests and have a nice cup of coffee (or tea) together. We love to talk and share points of view, learn from the experience from each guest. But we also know that some people like their space, and we respect that! The house is big enough to allow a private stay in the city. We can, of course, help you in anything you need to have a nice time in Morelia. Other things to note We can have work in the recording studio that is on the first floor, but we always will try to keep them from interfering from your stay.
