King-size Room | Quiet location near Preston Park

A large King-size bedroom for up to 2 lovely guests where I also live. Pets also welcome for a small fee. The room has a king size bed with medium/soft mattress, chair and a desk to work from. It is situated in the popular Cliveden Close 5 mins walk to Preston Park Stn. I am sometimes here to check you in but if not, I will leave the key in the lockbox and message you the code separately. Please remember to manually lock the front door when you leave and when you enter :) Enjoy your stay!! The space The two bedroom flat is traditional looking with all you need for a quiet and relaxed stay here. The apartment has all the amenities you need for a quiet stay and is connected to fast and reliable 500mb Virgin WiFi. Amenities are in the nearby kitchen if you want to make a drink or use the Microwave or Toaster. A fully equipped bathroom is found next to the kitchen, first door on the right as you enter the property. The guest room is at the end on the right. Guest access Bathroom, bedroom, kitchen, outdoor space accessible via the communal ground level if you wish to smoke or take a pet out. No smoking in the property. During your stay Please ask me anything if you see me around, I choose to let guests have their space and will generally keep out of the way. If you do need to check-in a bit earlier then email me to discuss as this can usually be arranged if a previous guest has checked out. Other things to note * There is a permit required for parking outside but the parking Scheme for residents has recently changed and is difficult to get a valid permit for.. so enquire with me first please. I will message you the key safe code on day of check in 🔑👍 * Pull the bathroom cord to activate use of hot Shower 😊 * Shoes off at the door please! * The front door requires locking manually after you enter/leave..
