The bedrooms comprise of a king bedded room, a queen bedded room and a king single bedded room with an additional single trundler bed. The family bathroom has a luxurious free standing bath and a tiled shower cubicle with a dual rain shower. The WC is separate. The spacious yet cosy sunlit open-plan living area has mountain views and a lovely connection to the outdoor space. It is both comfortably stylish and practical; providing ample seating for dining and relaxing. The sheepskin bean bag is a favourite spot to snuggle up in, to enjoy a good book. Guests can watch their favourite Netflix show on the large TV, choose from one of the good books on offer or enjoy playing with the varied selection of games and toys provided. There is also a designated work space in the living room and access to fast Wifi. The well-appointed kitchen is stocked with high-quality kitchenware and basic pantry essentials. The rear garden is fully fenced, providing peace of mind for when the little ones are enjoying playing in the tree hut. There is a large solid timber outdoor table and bench seating, a comfortable recliner and a hooded bbq, to enjoy alfresco dining. Help yourself to herbs or the seasonal vegetables that may be on offer in garden. The house is supplied with plenty of heating options; having a heatpump and log burner in the living space, a large wall heater in the hallway, a heatpump in the bathroom and a heat transfer system which ducts warm air from the living room into the bedrooms. Hot water is supplied by gas. The indoor and outdoor space works well for all seasons; whether you are curled up beside the fire on a winters a night or enjoying a classic kiwi BBQ in the sheltered courtyard on a warm summers evening. Storage is not a problem; with the garage set up to house your ski gear or those all important water toys for the summer. The garage also has a modern front loader washing machine and separate dryer.
