Adjacent to a 200+ acre state game preserve with walking trails. Enjoy our game room! This separate building hosts darts, an arcade machine (PAC-MAN, Galaga…) and a slate pool table. NOTE: Use the pool / fire pit, pond at your own risk! Pool is closed for the season. The space Private cottage with vaulted ceilings and fully equipped eat-in kitchen. Plenty of light! Incredibly comfortable Queen Sleigh bed and fold down couch for an additional quest. 40” HDTV and high speed Internet. The game room and cottage have portable WiFi speakers for your use. Starlink internet is fast and reliable. The 70,000 gallon pool is secluded from the entrance and yet accessible for daytime or night swimming! Pool is CLOSED for the season… Separate building on the property is a game room with vintage video game console, a slate pool table and dart board. Enjoy cooking on the gas grill which is located on the slate pool deck while you build a fire in the stone fireplace! We set a fire - just light it! Extra firewood stocked by fireplace. (NOTE: Fireplace NOT available if high winds or a “no-burn” ban is in effect). Twelve Tiki Torches are filled and ready to light up the pool area. A quiet and private, romantic tranquil place awaits you! Guest access The pool, game room and pond are for guests use exclusively. Ike personally maintains the pool cleanliness and measures water chemistry twice daily! It only takes a few minutes… Queen sized floats are stored poolside! Other pool toys are available… just ask! Twelve Tiki torches filled with Citronella fuel make evening and nighttime lounging on the stone pool deck quite enjoyable! Guests may fish in the stocked pond, hike / bike the area, (bring your own bicycles). Play billiards and darts in the game room and enjoy the peace and quiet. Wide pathways for quiet walks in the trails in the woods! Other things to note We also selectively host small gatherings, family events, etc.! Guests can pitch a tent, rent an enclosed glassed in porch, set up outdoor games in our expansive and private yard! Fishing in our pond is excellent! Bass, Catfish, bluegill and Perch! Great area for bike riding! Many fall biking events in our historic byways…
