Villa Yvonne - 8 to 16 people occupancy

Villa Yvonne is centrally located in the heart of Blankenberge. The beach, harbor, shopping streets and tram stops are 2 minutes from the house. The house is surrounded by shops, supermarkets, restaurants and more, everything is within easy reach. Villa Yvonne is a real Belle Epoque house with the accompanying charm. The newly renovated property is suitable for 8 adults and 6 children, smaller groups are also possible. The space Villa Yvonne is newly renovated and is set up to provide guests the maximum comfort at a stone's throw away from the beach. After a beach day full of fun, you can take a short walk to the house to go back and relax in the calming atmosphere of the house. All the supermarkets, plenty of good restaurants, and the shopping streets are surrounding the house. When you enter the house you will notice the typical high ceilings and a grand income hall to welcome you. On the first floor, you will find the living area with a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with washing amenities (Miele washer and dryer). On the second floor, you will find the first bedroom with a double bed, on the 3rd floor you will find the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom (bath and shower) and a second bedroom with an en-suite shower. On the fourth floor you have a smaller room for kids with two bunk beds that each have 3 sleeping levels, in total this room has 6 sleeping spaces. You will also find 2 more bedrooms with double size beds and one separate shower space to share on this level. Other things to note LINEN AND TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED BY THE ACCOMMODATION: Bedlinnen are not included in the price but can be rented for the duration of your stay. We do provide a basic set of one small towel and a face towel per guest free of charge. KITCHEN ESSENTIALS: A few kitchen essentials are provided that will cover the start of your stay. This includes standard essentials such as dish detergent, kitchen towel, cloth and sponge, one roll of kitchen paper, garbage bags, dishwasher tablets, one toilet roll per toilet. Guests are required to bring or purchase any other supply and goods that they wish to consume during their stay. CLEANING: The accommodation has been professionally cleaned and prepared. After your check-out, the cleaning and inspection of the accommodation are included in the price. However, we do ask all guests to leave the accommodation in a tidy state to respect our hard-working cleaning colleagues. INSPECTIONS: Inspections occure after every check-out. MAINTENANCE: The accommodation is maintained as good as possible, and any defect or damage should be reported immediately. If any maintenance issues arise, we ask for patience and understanding. We will do our best to solve any issue as soon as possible.
