The space Our country house is located in a hamlet of a few houses 1 hour from Paris in the Vexin, in the municipality of Lincourt: once in the house and garden, no more neighbors. Just fields as far as the eye can see. Inside, several extensions from different eras around a 19th-century building. On the ground floor, a large living-dining room (TV, insert fireplace), large fully equipped kitchen (gas stove, oven, dishwasher, large fridge-freezer, food processor...), bathroom and individual toilet and a bedroom with a 140 cm bed overlooking the garden. Upstairs, 4 single and independent bedrooms (not through), bathroom and individual toilet. ⁃ Two bedrooms with 160 cm double beds. ⁃ One bedroom with a 140 cm double bed ⁃ A "dormitory": 4 single beds ⁃ A landing area between two bedrooms accommodates a small sofa that can serve as a 140 bed if needed. The office is located here. The house has quite a bit of baby equipment. A travel crib with mattress, a baby cot, a changing table, a high chair, a bottle warmer… The house also has a lot of games (indoor and outdoor) and various and varied reading material for children of all ages. We have four, so we are quite well equipped! The 1.5-hectare garden offers a spacious playground for children and especially the opportunity to have lunch in the shade of linden or cedar trees in summer, enjoy the barbecue, ping pong table or hammock under the poplar tree. Garden tables and chairs are available. Depending on the season, it may be necessary to request that this equipment be taken out. The space in front of the house can accommodate three cars. It's the countryside, the house is located near a farm, you can sometimes see the cows grazing behind our house, it also means that depending on the wind, and depending on the time of year, a good farm smell can tickle your nostrils :) You will find absolutely all the shops, big or small, that you need in Gisors, 12 minutes by car. Note that the Transilien line J also passes through. Guest access Flexible check-in and check-out times if possible and upon request. The house is completely yours. Please note, however, that this is a house that we live in regularly with our four children, so it is "alive", we make sure that you feel at home there as much as possible. Other things to note You must be the number of people booked. We apply an additional €30 per person per night for six or more guests (this is included in the Airbnb calculation, just so you know). Please ask us for advice before lighting the fire in the insert. The boiler is set to turn off at night as well as if it gets too hot. Never touch it without letting us know in advance. Underfloor heating in the kitchen. Bed linen, bath towels and dish towels are provided. Beds are made upon arrival.
