1 hour from Paris in the Vexin (12 min drive from Gisors) our beautiful house overlooks the fields as far as the eye can see. On the ground floor, a large living room, large fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and toilet, one bedroom. And a beautiful veranda overlooking the garden and fields. The space Our country house is located in a hamlet of a few houses 1 hour from Paris in the Vexin, in the municipality of Lincourt: once in the house and garden, no more facing each other. Just fields as far as the eye can see. Inside, several extensions from different periods around a 19th century frame. On the ground floor, a large living-dining room (TV, insert fireplace), large fully equipped kitchen (gas range, oven, dishwasher, large fridge-freezer, food processor...), bathroom and separate toilet and a 140 bed bedroom overlooking the garden. Washing machine and foosball table. And a beautiful veranda overlooking the garden and fields. Outdoor barbecue, swing and slide. Upstairs, 4 single and independent bedrooms (not dual-aspect), a bathroom and separate toilet. ⁃ Two bedrooms with 160 beds. ⁃ One bedroom with 120 bed (one large space or 2 children) ⁃ A "dormitory": three single beds + a 140 bed. ⁃ A landing space between two bedrooms accommodates a small sofa that can serve as a 140 bed if needed. The office is located in this area. We have a two-year-old girl, so the house still has a lot of childcare equipment. A travel crib with mattress, a crib, a changing table, a high chair, a baby monitor, bottle warmer… The house also has a lot of games (indoor and outdoor) and various readings for children of all ages. We have four, so we're pretty well equipped! The 1.5 hectare garden offers a spacious play area for children and especially the opportunity to have lunch in the shade of lime or cedar trees in the summer, to enjoy the barbecue, ping-pong table or hammock under the poplar tree. Garden tables and chairs are available. Depending on the season, it may be necessary to request that this equipment be brought out. The space in front of the house can accommodate three cars. It's the countryside, the house is located near a farm, you can sometimes see the cows grazing behind our house, it also means that depending on the wind, and depending on the time of year, a good farm smell can tickle your nostrils :) You will find absolutely all the shops, big or small, you need in Gisors, 12 minutes by car. Note that Transilien line J also passes through there. Given the capacity and the large garden as well as the kitchen and veranda areas, it is possible to rent the house for family celebrations (not for parties ;). Please let us know. Guest access Flexible check-in and check-out times if possible and upon request. The house is completely yours. Please note, however, that this is a house that we live in regularly with our four children, so it is "alive", we make sure that you feel at home there as much as possible. Other things to note You must be the number of people booked. We apply an additional €30 per person per night for six or more guests (this is included in the Airbnb calculation, just so you know). Please ask us for advice before lighting the fire in the insert. The boiler is set to turn off at night as well as if it gets too hot. Never touch it without letting us know in advance. Underfloor heating in the kitchen. Bed linen, bath towels and dish towels are provided. Beds are made upon arrival.
